Ms. Radhika Sharma, who is as a Counselling Psychologist, Certified Psychotherapist, and coach. She has spent the last two years working in the domain of psychology and helping people who need mental health support. Her latest book, “Ukiyo – A floating world,” is one of five books that she has successfully published around the world. She has a dual master’s degree and shows an enthusiasm for her profession. She has pursued graduation in Psychology and specialization in Child Development.
As a psychologist, she is very skilled at assessing multiple psychological conditions and supporting people in overcoming them. These conditions include anxiety, stress, depression, childhood trauma, emotional needs, relationship issues, and phobias. She also assists people develop their personalities, think about their actions, accept their flaws, and grow internally to become their best selves. She grasps a range of psychological theories, therapies, and assessment methods. Among the therapies she implements in her practice are: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior therapy (REBT), Gestalt therapy, Person-Centered therapy (Rogerian Therapy), Psychoanalytic therapy, and many other.
She contributes to society by educating people about psychological terms, eating disorders, and mental health challenges, as well as breaking down stigmas associated with them through various holistic events and workshops.
She had also led sessions for cancer patients and their families at Access Life Assistance Foundation TATA (Mumbai), where she conducted sessions with them on topics such as Emotional Communication, Hope, Healthy Transitions, and Resource Building.
